My Vision                                

My vision is to be a “peacemaker” in the world. I want to see families enjoying more peace, harmony, and wellness in the home, and, as a result more peace, harmony, and cooperation amongst peoples and nations. My mission is to support and encourage parents and families to enjoy deep and rich relationships that transcend conflicts and problems to experience unconditional love and safety in being “who they really are.” Part of this mission is to support men, women, and children to learn “the art of extreme self-care” – skills to support healthy interdependence.

I am deeply inspired to speak to men, women, and children about high-quality communication, being present and available for one another, seeing with the heart, empathizing, allowing what is to be, and wellness. I greatly enjoy working with passionate parents - men and women who see that raising a child is truly their greatest contribution to humanity.

Who Am I?

I am a child of God, sustained by God’s eternal perfect loving energy.  I am free, creative, limitless.  I live to create joy and peace and to inspire others to do the same.  I am a spiritual being having a human experience.  I am grateful to be here experiencing this space and time.  Although I have physical constraints to respect while I travel in this world, I know I am living in a temporary learning ground.   As a human, I say I am a woman, a wife, a mother, a daughter, a friend, a sister, a coach, a peacemaker, and an inspiration to others.  I value being fully present and aware, passionate, compassionate, loving, peaceful, truthful, wise, and courageous.  I seek to live "my perfect life," full of love, joy, peace and every good and wonderful experience.  Who I am and what I believe as a human may change as I evolve, but I know that who I am in Spirit is changeless.  I love who I am.
